Logistics Day: Three groups of visitors given insight into Fiege Logistik in Bremen

The visitors from Singapore made a gift - tea.

Bremen, 8th May 2017. Three groups of visitors called on the Fiege location in Bremen on the Day of Logistics. In collaboration with Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrsakademie (DAV), the German Academy of Foreign Trade and Transport, Fiege in Bremen arranged the look behind the scenes of the logistics company. DAV is a close partner of Fiege Bremen. Various employees have already extended their professional knowledge there.

Amongst the interested persons was a group from Singapore. 23 participants attended the Day of Logistics in the context of their study tour. One group of 15 came from Wabeq Waller Beschäftigungs-und Qualifizierungsgesellschaft, a company that specialises in employment and qualification programmes. There was an extensive exchange with the attendees, many of whom had brought their application papers to benefit from a direct contact with Fiege. Fiege in Bremen is currently seeking employees in the commercial sector. Moreover, some training places are still vacant.

The third group of visitors consisted of interested citizens from Bremen who used the Day of Logistics to look inside the large halls at Fiege. The Fiege location on Ludwig-Erhard-Straße provides 75,000 square metres of logistics space dedicated to consumer goods for its clients Melitta, Saturn petcare, and Hyga.
